Does my video get uploaded anywhere?

No. All pose detection runs on your own device in the browser. The camera feed is never sent to a server or stored anywhere.

What exercises can it count?

Squats, push-ups, jumping jacks and bicep curls. Each has its own tuned motion detection so the rep count stays accurate.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs entirely in your phone or laptop browser — just open the page, allow camera access and start counting.
